Upon making a reservation you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail from us, which includes the link to our Map and Directions page. Using our Map and Directions, or Google, is best. GPS typically takes you about a mile from our B&B and says you have arrived!
It is our practice to charge one-night room and taxes upon receiving your reservation. Payment in full is due upon check-in. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and cash for payment. If you would prefer to pay a portion or all of your total in advance of your stay, give us a call at (907) 746-2333 and we can assist you.
You may call to cancel with no penalty up to 7 days in advance. Cancelling between 3-7 days in advance will result in a one-night charge. With less than 48 hours notice, you’ll be charged the full amount of your stay. If we haven’t heard from you, we’ll expect you and have your cottage or apartment ready for you!
We are here to greet you for Check In between 4-10 p.m. If you’re arriving after 10 p.m., it’s no problem. There will be a Welcome letter for you on the front door of our B&B/main house (follow the Check-In > signs), to guide you to your cottage, apartment or room. Check out is by 11 a.m. Sometimes we can accommodate an earlier check in or later check out if you request it ahead of time.
During our busy summer season, you are welcome to join us for a full, hot buffet breakfast in the Dining Hall, served between 7:30-9:30 a.m. In the off-season, we deliver a continental breakfast basket to your individual kitchen so that you can enjoy it whenever you like.
There is no smoking inside the buildings, of any substance including tobacco, marijuana, or “vape” electronic cigarettes. Please dispose of your butts in one of the outdoor cigarette butt receptacles.
Pets are allowed on approval, at the time of reservation. The cost is $20 charge per pet, per night. Please let us know the number and kind of pets you’d like to bring with you. Pets must be on leash at all times when outside your cottage, apartment or room. Pets may not be left in your cottage, apartment or room when you are not there with them. Please do not change our decision to welcome pets by leaving your pet’s poop on our lawns or driveways. Outdoor garbage cans make it easy for you to pick up after them and dispose of it. Please read more about our Pet Policies here.
