Enjoy a Meal at Krazy Moose Subs

1. Great Eats

Whether you’re in the mood for a hot or cold sandwich, Krazy Moose Subs provides dozens of options that will leave you feeling full and satisfied. Not sure what to order? We recommend the Italian sub piled high with cured meats, Provolone cheese, tomato, onion, and oil and vinegar. (One reviewer said it took them back to their roots in New Jersey!) You may also order a cheesesteak, turkey club, chicken melt, and more on freshly-baked bread. All sub sandwiches come in either 5”, 10”, or 20” portions and can be made into a salad or wrap. View the menu for details.

Local Tip: Be sure to finish off your meal with one of Krazy Moose’s frisbee-sized cookies!

2. Awesome Atmosphere

One of the best things about Krazy Moose Subs is the atmosphere. The staff is warm and friendly, and locals are happy to offer suggestions for things to see and do in the area. Plus, the restaurant is full of character. Almost every wall is covered in historical photos and artifacts, many dating back to when Wasilla was just a tiny little town. Feel free to dine inside or on the scenic outdoor deck when weather permits.

3. Convenient Location

Did you know that Krazy Moose is just steps from the Dorothy G Page Museum? It’s also a perfect pit stop on your way to or from Denali. The restaurant is one block from Parks Highway, and though you won’t see it from the road, it’s easy to find. Stop in Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Expect a wait at lunchtime!
