After your tour, enjoy a pint of beer in the taproom or try the “Basket O’Beer” flight containing six tastings of your choosing. Arkose even has 22oz bottles, growlers, and kegs to-go.
Not sure which tap to try first? We’ve got you covered. If you like hops, the Mandarina Moose Grapefruit IPA is ideal. This citrusy beer is very drinkable and has just enough grapefruit presence to awaken the senses. If you prefer dark beers, try the No. 5 Boxcar Porter. With cocoa sweetness and black malt bitterness, it’s perfect in the fall or winter.
One of Arkose Brewery’s most popular year-round brews is the High Ridge Double Red. This red IPA has a great malt-hop balance and was a Blue Ribbon winner at the 2016 Alaska State Fair. Cheers!
When your stomach starts to rumble, head outside for some Thai food. You’ll find Pho Nora food truck parked out front Monday through Friday in the wintertime. Feel free to dine in the taproom or in the Biergarten during the warmer months.
